I have a 1999 Dodge Ram v-10 The highbeam of the headlights will not turn off. The Only way it will turn off is if I disconnect the battery. Any suggestions? Thanks Mike

Try unplugging the DRL (daytime running light) module; you should find it on the left inner fender; it's a rectangular black or gray box maybe 2.5 by 4 inches and will have (I believe) an eleven wire connector. DRL uses the high beam headlight bulb’s filaments at a lower intensity. The modules will short internally to power, leaving the headlight(s) on. That’s if you have DRL; here in Canada it’s mandatory but I guess in some of the States it’s still an option? Dan. Canadian "EH"
