Help Toyota 1985 pickup

The Charge light in my truck has come on and the gages i.e. Temp gage and Fuel gage do not work. Just recently 1 year ago replaced the alternator, head gasget, thurmostate. Radiator was replaced today. Went for a drive to make sure it wasn't overheating was doing great untill the heat gage, and blinkers stoped working. Anyone have any ideas????

Check to see if the fuses for these have power at the fuse and that the fuses are good. There may be a common ground to all these that has failed,
