Honda Civic Electrical Problem

I have Honda Civic 2006. On start, AC On, Lights On when i shift gear to reverse its meter niddles goes down on Zero engine is still running after few seconds its come back in normal position.

? Right but inconclusive so far to me anything is wrong with charging system. It should quickly be right up to par on a vehicle's gauge would be nice to verify that with a separate but fast gauge can be done thru a power port I think for this car is empowered when key is in "run" position is real-live voltage. It comes back quickly so leaves some variables let's not go there quite yet see if that is real first, T

Hitting at the same time another couple questions: Is it about to stall when you shift it? That is its own issue. Other is quick check belt is tight enough for now, T
