Inertia cutoff switch location on a 97 Pontiac Firefly Sign In

Hi everyone,
my daughter hit a high kerb in her 'old' auto last night - and most things seem ok, however the car turns over but won't fire up.

Does this model have an inertia switch and if so where is it.........

Thanks in advance

Re: Inertia cutoff switch location on a 97 Pontiac Firefly Sign In

I believe this is a GEO METRO rebadged as a Pontiac, sold in Canada, with a 1.0 or 1.3 liter engine.
There is NO inertia switch.
Have you checked all fuses? Underhood fuse box also.
Time for basic no start - is there spark, is there fuel pressure? Can you read codes - even if light is off suggest a scan.
