i have checked all my fuses and they are good but i was installing aftermarket headlights and two wires touched and it sparked it did blow a fuse but i replaced it but my park lights up front and in back are not working

What kind of car and what were you doing? Installing new bulbs or changing the lights completely? I don't know how you touched wires as plugs to headlights generally don't expose a hot wire and why would you touch them with them ON while working on them at all? Wrong bulbs may be the problem but need to know what you were up to. Know this: Aftermarket means headaches for most cars. Go for OE replacements that are direct fit without alterations for anything especially in the last 15 model years, T
