I HAVE A 98 BUICK LASABRE IT WANT STARTED I HAD MY MECHANIC LOOK AT IT HE SAID ITS SOME ELECRTIC SEE MY KEY HAVES A CHIP IN IT I DONT KNOW WATS GOING ON I JUST NEED SOME HELP TO TELL ME WATS WRONG WITH IT COULD U PLEASE HELP ME IT HAVES A 3.8 MOTOR

You might want to work on using spell check and speaking English.
If your car is having a problem with Passlock the security light will be on or flashing.
