Nissan Altima Electrical Problems Sign In

I have a 2000 Nissan Altima GXE and I just replace the alternator with a brand new one. After replacing it, the only thing that works is the headlights and radio. None of the other electrical accessories are working. It starts just fine but I have to feather the gas for a few seconds to keep it running and then it runs just fine. While removing the old alternator I got a spark from the terminal on the alternator which I realized i should have disconnected the battery, so I did. That lead me to believe that a fuse could have been blown but after checking them all, including the ones by the battery; they all looked fine. Any suggestions?

Did everything work before you replaced the alternator?
