No Lights of any kind Sign In

I have a 1996 Oldsmobile Ciera SL and all of the lights on the car have stopped working. Up until Thursday I hadn't noticed any issues but Thursday night when I got in my car I had to headlights, tailights, inside lights, or hazards. The radio, air conditioner and the odometer seem to be working.

My brother replaced one of the relays but that didn't work. He checked the fuses and we couldn't see any that were blown.

Check fuses with a test light inside and any that area underhood. Fuses can look good and not be making contact inside or not getting power to begin with. You can test these without removing the fuse,

Check the fusible links at the starter.
