Disconnect battery ground cable and disconnect wires at switch connector. - Remove hairpin retainer and slide stop light switch, pushrod, nylon washers and bushings away from brake pedal, and remove switch.
- Reverse procedure to install.

I don't know. i can't test it from here. You need to test for power in all the time and out when the brake is applied. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
