Nothing comes on when car door opens

2007 Dodge Charger R/T 5.7
Locks, dome lights, key fob and door ajar on dash is not coming on when I open the door. I turn the key to on and everything works fine, engine turns over and drives fine. I have checked all fuses and relays, this is slowly driving me insane. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

You are going to need a professional level scan tool capable of reading data in the Body Control Module.
Then you can see if the module is even receiving the signal from the doors.

BCM/FCM showed nothing wrong. Not a fusible link. Not a fuse or relay. Even the mechanic is dumbfounded.

Nothing works when other door is open. Ruled out BCM/FCM, fusible links, fuses and relays.

He is a friend of mine that works for a Ford dealership, he used the scan tool from his job and did me a favor. So I didnt expect him to really dig deep. I might just break down and bring it to a Dodge dealership. Which sucks because I have never dealt with any dealership ever in my life, have been repairing my own cars for 25 years, but this one has got me stumped.

Today's cars are not the cars of even 10 years ago. A new vehicle now has more computer power than the space shuttles did.
There should be some independent auto electric shops in the area to avoid going to the dealer. Many of these shops are equipped as good or better than the dealers and are not afraid to spend the time needed to diagnose the issue.
There is sufficient data in a professional scan tool to determine which components are working and which ones are not.

Unfortunately I live is a small mountain area. They have a Dodge dealership 2 towns over. Mechanic shops closer dont have the time or I have to wait months. And I refuse to take it to Atlanta which is the closest major city and thats almost 3 hours away.

Totally outside of the box idea: Does this have all sorts of delay lighting inside + option to be OFF all the time?
I call these Mopars (own one not this) goes nuts without changing a thing has a choice lights delayed off or always off also in there is brightness? Engineering on vacation when that was all thought up.
Look in paper owner's manual if it has one for what choices you have just for that,

Yea, some problems suck but on this one you really do need a scan tool to start off.
1st you need to see if you can communicate with the BCM & other modules on high speed CAN network and then based off of if you can or not, that would dictate the next step you take and in what direction.

That is a good idea. But I already checked all that. Its the EVIC system. It does let you choose options like delay dome lights, headlights etc. Everything was turned on and looking good.

It is a good sign that you can access and change things in the vehicle information center. For this problem you have to look at the module to see if you can see data and turn things off on with the scan tool.
If you can't talk to the module, then it could be a bad module or the network could be down. If you can communicate with the modules and use by directional controls, then look it's possible you have problem with the door switches or an input problem.
But like I said first step is checking the network & seeing who you can talk to and more importantly who you can't

Yes you are right. I have exhausted all avenues on my end. Ill make some calls and maybe I will get lucky with someone in town. Otherwise I will have to go to a dealership. Thank you for all your advice.
