Passenger Air Bag Off

 2006 PT Cruiser. Light is on that says "Passenger Air Bag Off" Don't have book. How can I reactivate it? Just bought it last weekend.

This must not be a US car if it has that light because it's not legal to have an air bag shut off on US cars but there should be a switch on the dash, near the center to turn the passenger air bag on and off.
Chrysler does sell and add-on kit for this shut off.
