Pontiac Transport 95 electric problems

I have a pontiac transport 95, 150K miles ... runs well, but the electrics are starting to play up. The wipers are starting to work intermittently. Turn engine on, its raining, will work a couple of times, stop and after about 5 minutes will start working again as if nothing was wrong. A couple of times the driver's window, went down, and would not come up. Drove around for about 10 minutes & then magically the window went back up again.
Also, when driving very slowly ( 5-10 miles per hour), especially when doing a slight turn to the left or right, the engine will cut out. Turn it back on and its fine. This happens about once every 2 or 3 weeks.

Intermittent troubles are going to be a pest!!!!! Check for a recall on the wipers! Other GMs had problems like that. For the window - try holding the UP button and open and close the door slowly - it may work and the wires where they bend would be the problem in the door jam. Engine????
150K on this! These don't take high miles well! You want a car that can do high miles look at what Police and Taxis buy, good luck - here to help,
