Question Regarding multimeter reading

So i want to know if anyone could explain to me why when i test my blower motor power with my fan turned off it reads positive but when i turn it on lo, med or high as soon as i turn it to one of those my multimeter reads a negative reading so it goes from 13.1 to when turned on -13.1. I would like to know if this is why im not getting power to my blower motor or if this is normal? it doesnt seem normal to me

Please stop creating duplicate questions. As I told you in the other question, these are very sophisticated circuits.
