Radio and windows work after opening driver door

I have a 97 Buick Park Avenue with 200k miles. When I shut off the ignition the radio and windows will still work even after opening the driver door but if i open the passenger door they will shut off. Any idea? I have already replaced the RAP relay it didn't help. And not sure if it matters but the driver door won't lock with the power locks but the other 3 doors will. And I currently only have a valet key if that makes any difference.

It sounds like the "door open" sensor is not working on the driver's door.
There is a driver's door module that controls these things. They are all on a data bus communication line so you will probably need a professional scan tool to access that info.
