Strange light problem, 99 Cavalier

Hey guys, I recently noticed some problems with my car. At first, the headlights would not turn on, and the headlight switch that governs parking lights and headlights has no effect whatsoever. However, I can use my high beams.
Now though, my parking lights are stuck on and I can't seem to turn them off at all with the switch. I still can't use my headlights (except for DRL) and now my car battery drains.
Is there a fuse I can take out to turn this off, or any other way? I'm at a loss as to what the problem is.
