Town and Country dash problem

I have a 98 Chrysler Town and Country LXI. Every once in awhile the dash goes dead, all the gauges stopped working. at the same time the ABS light comes on the service engine soon light comes on and the lock set light comes on. usually after I shut it off and it sits for a while every single start working again. however it is starting to happen more frequently now. any ideas?

That is most likely a bad dash cluster. That's fairly common in those.
