Turn Signal Issue

1988 Jeep Grand Wagoneer 5.9L V8 Odometer stopped at 127k Miles Turn signals worked fine and then only the right turn signal developed an issue. With the light switch off, I can flip the switch on and the front and rear lights will turn on, but not blink. With the lights on the front will not blink on and off as it should but the rear will get brigher and stay brigher. Like I said the left turn signal works just fine. and I have replaced the bulbs.

I personally want to thank you for serving our country. We are all proud of you. You may want to try a new flasher. Could be that simple. If I recall, Chrysler/Jeep uses the same one for turn and hazards. On the other hand, and hopefully not, it may turn out to be the turn signal/combination switch that is giving you grief. If the flasher doesn't solve the problem, I'd get it checked before 'just' replacing the switch, as they are a bit expensive. Loren SW Washington
