Turn Signal Problem

Greetings, I have a 2004 Jeep Wrangler X with the 4.0 I-6 with approx. 88K miles, and recently started having a problem with my right turn signal and reverse lights... With the headlights off, the turn signal seems to work ok, but when the headlights are on, the signal flash rate is faster than normal, but not as fast as it does if the bulb were out (have checked all of the bulbs, and none are out...) Typical symptoms are... - With headlights off, right turn signal seems to work normal. - With headlights on, right turn signal blinks faster. - The backup lights come on dim on both sides when either turn signal is activated. - When backing up and the brake is applied, the backup lights turn off. - When backing up, and the brake is not applied, the backup lights are dimmer than I think they should be. I don't know if this is a short in the turn signal light cable, a faulty blinker module, or a faulty multi-function lever, but I was hoping someone might have had this problem and knows how to fix it, or has an idea of what this might be before I spend a stupid amount of money on parts I don't need that don't fix the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks- -Scott-

At a glance at the symptoms this lacks good grounding at the rear lights. Check and/or add an extra as needed, T
