I would start by checking or replacing the left side bulbs, one maybe shorted internally causing the two systems to cross feed. Most turn/parking light bulbs are made up with a double filament, if those two filaments are touching inside the bulb it will cause all kinds of goofy things to happen. It may also be that one of the left side light sockets has lost its ground. When you turn on your parking lights, power goes into the one filament can’t get to ground normally because of a bad socket, so the power now goes through the other filament back feeding the turn signal circuit. Once the power has found a ground in your case the turn signal indicator both the parking light and signal will light, usually a little dimmer then normal. So have a walk around with whatever lights on and see if they all look the same. This may just be the beginning of the checks and things it could be. Dan Canadian "EH"
