Unusual issue with power windows

Hello! I have a 2002 Toyota Corolla LE. I’m having an unusual issue with my power windows. On the drivers side switch, the front two windows work fine. The rear two are a different story. They only roll down if both buttons are pressed at the same time. Keep in mind that the individual switches on each panel work fine except for the master/drivers switch panel! If I only press down on one of the window buttons, the dash lights will then dim, and it doesn’t dim a little bit, but it dims quite much for it to be normal. It has already blown a fuse for the windows, which I just recently replaced. I already had a power issue before this, where the engine rpms would flutter and the dash lights would dim when my blinker is on and the car is in drive. It only happens intermittently.

Electric motors anywhere are a reasonably strong draw of power. For now since this once was enough to alter engine RPMs or cause it to run improperly at least for now check that all "ground" connections are good that you can find. Some are just integrity of metal contact. About anything with electric power anything with an engine and body (metal) will ground battery to engine, engine to body metal and or direct from battery all must be right. Both pos and neg battery anything in order. Note that power and ground to doors and items that move usually use a wire not metal of a hinge for ground isn't dependable and a place to fail or be weak, T

The power and grounds for the other switches all come from the master switch. You could have a short in the wiring between switches or the master switch itself could be bad. It would require some testing to confirm the actual problem. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

Ok. I have two driver switch panels, both of which have the same issue, leading me to think it is the wiring. I have no way of testing this though as I do not have a test light or a multimeter.

It's a fairly complicated circuit anyway because it reverses polarity to reverse window direction. You will probably need an electrical shop to diagnose it for you. You might try manipulating the wiring where it passes through the door jam as that is a frequent problem area.
