I have a 2001 Hyundai Tiburon, and when I first got the car I noticed the front headlights wouldn't turn on while the high beams, and side blinkers was, this turned out to be just from a missing fuse. But even still since I've put in the fuse, my headlights are extremely weak and only allow me to see about a yard in front of me. If anyone has any ideas to why this might be, please help.

You need to replace your globes. While that fuse was missing all the power was burning on your High-beam filament. Now the fuse is in, the globe filament is probably close to end of life. Buy 2 new globes. Preferrably Philips globes. There is info on them in the site I have at the bottom of this page.
