The turn signal switch has nothing to do with the high mount brake light. You could still have a bad brake light switch because the high mount has it's own set of contacts in the switch but you need to do some testing. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
