2007 Chevy Trailblazer LT with L6 engine (4.2liters). Driver's side window up/down buttons don't operate any windows in the vehicle. Windows only operate when their respective door button is pressed, but driver's side window does not move; currently stuck 3" open. Button just forward of up/down buttons does not light up. Also, at same time windows quit working, dome lights do not come on when driver's side door is opened. Dome lights do come on when any other door is opened. No trouble light/codes apparent. Thanks, Chris

Sounds like you may have a problem with the harness going into the drivers door. If you can open it up easily where it goes into the door, check the wirings for breaks or bad insulation.........

Sidom, Update on my 2007 Trailblazer with the driver's side armrest controls not working. I took it to the dealer a few days ago. I picked it up, though it wasn't fixed; at least they closed the window for me (been rainy here). They ordered a master switch ($250) that plugs into the driver's armrest and installed it today. Everything now works, at least for the present. It was under warranty and didn't cost me anything. Thanks for your suggestions. Chris
