I have a 07 chevy 1500 silverado pickup. Due to a problem with the right stop light I was told the combination switch needs to be replaced. My question is what is a combination switch? Is the turn signal and light dimer all one and same? Is this a hard job to due? cost of replacement part? Thank you for any info. charlie

That's right. It's the turn signal switch combined with a few other switches. The switch is a bit pricey and the steering wheel and airbag have to be removed, probably a little under $500
