dash instruments won't work Sign In

I have a 2000 Ford F250 V10 with 237,000 miles. I replaced the complete engine at 205,000 miles. Things worked fine until three days ago. I took my truck to the Ford garage to get an estimate to replace the brakes. While there they did the complementary check-up. Truck worked fine when I left. The next day none of the instruments worked. I checked the fuses and they seem to be okay. Also about two months ago the power window on the drivers side began to operate intermittently. If the door was cool it works, but if the door has been in the sun, it won't work. I don't know if they are related but thought I'd mention it. I have a 96 Chrysler T&C and it did a very similar thing and it turned out to be a Power control module. I don't know if my ford has one on it. Anybody have an idea what my problem is and how to test it or repair it or get a part to repair the problem. Thanks for any help
