electrical failure

I have been having issues with the electrical power in my 2005 acura tsx. All of the electrical power to the vehicle will temporarily cut out while driving. This problem usually takes place when the car is running between 1500 and 2000 rpms. All of the lights, gauges...ect will go out for a split second and then regain power; the engine will occasionally will stall when this happens. All of the trouble lights located on the dash will stay on and then go out. The check engine light stays on only some of the time. Any ideas of what would cause such a problem?

This could be loose battery terminal connections, faulty ignition switch, or the main EFI relay opening. Unfortunately, vehicle will need to stay in faulty state at time of diagnosis to find the fault. We need to see where the power isn't. Steve
