I'd just take one of those (DC Circuit tester) and see where the voltage stops from the battery,

I have little to offer....except I remember one time I had a Toyota that "wouldn't do anything"...I remember finding some fried wiring behind the drivers side kick panel towards the firewall...

When you say it won't do anything, does it turn over or not?..if not any lights on on the dash with key on?...

Just a thought

i used one of those lights. i had power at the distrubutor, alt, fan, the fuse box(under the hood), and a few other connections.

when the key is on nothing at all happens.
