electrical problem in car and tachometer

I have the issue in my car but i couldn't find where is it exactly. When I turn the car on and when i am in the road the gauges all shut down for a milliseconds with the rear light, the roof light, and the window switch. I went to many places to fix it but they couldn't find where is the real problem. Could anyone help me with this issue?
