i have a 1995 honda accord four door, none of the electric windows work. fuse appears okay, were do i start to look for possible cause of problems. is there a relay in engine compartment to check? i just got the car from a friend and do not know the history of the car. any suggestions would be appreciated. thanks, ray rroeglin@execpc.com

Yes there is a relay in the power window circuit; it’s in the under hood fuse/relay box. There is also an eighty or one hundred amp main fuse (depending on model). It’s in position #15 in the under hood fuse/relay box. Actually there are 6 fuses for the whole system but I’m just looking at the things that are common to all windows. Which are the master window switch, the relay, the #15 fuse; then there is the “power window key-off timer circuit module” in the under dash fuse panel that is protected by fuse #1 a 10 amp fuse in the under dash box. There’s a lot more to this system but at least with his you’ll have a start. Dan. Canadian "EH"
