fog warning light flashes

when i am braking the fog warning light comes on. When indicating the warning light flashes in time with the indicator. the light mainly comes on when indicating left.
Also when the fog lights are switched on and i indicate the rear fog lights flash in time with the indicator.
I own a renault clio 2003 model.
I have checked what i thought is the earthing point and put some wd40 on it and i have taken the bulbs out and checked them.
any help would be greatly appreciated

Clean up the grounds/earth not just spray them. Add gound strap/s if needed. You can check those with a simple test light using reversed polarity,
