Remove the relay and check for power with a test light. You should have power in two relay terminals. If you have power, take the test light from the battery positive and go to the terminal that you said comes from the computer. Turn the key on engine off, the light should glow for a couple of seconds and go out. Crank the engine, if the light comes on, replace the relay. If the light does not come on while you crank the engine, check for spark. The computer may not be seeing a tach signal and therefore will not provide ground for the fuel pump, will not fire the ignition coil, and will not pulse the injectors. Let us know what you find.
