There is an electric actuator/motor on the left side of the HVAC housing that operates that. reach up there and see if it is just jammed or something. It's also possiblr for a pencil or something like that to fall down the defroster and jam the doors. That would be a real big problem. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
