hyundai i10 window wont open

hi, my hyundai i10 (year 2012) right window dont open, I tried both of the switchs
I get of the door cover and measure the voltage
when I click to close window I get -12.0v
but when I click to open the window I get +0.2V
I tried to disconnect the drive side switched from plug but its yet not working
I dont know why I didnt get +12V when I try to open the window
It seems like the fuses are fine, and the other window are working fine
can someone help? thanks

|
You have to unplug the motor when testing for power and ground. It will reverse polarity for up or down.
