This system uses a resistor pellet in the key; the theft deterrent module knows this resistor value. This module controls a starter disable relay and also signals the ECM (engine control module) to allow the fuel injectors to function. If the pellet resistor in the key has burnt out or the contacts in the ignition lock are worn and not making contact with the pellet the module will think it has to disable the car. There are a number of other reasons why the system will activate and go into the disable mode or a few other components that may have failed to cause this problem. The only things I can suggest is check all of the fuses that they are ok and/or try another ignition key that you know use to work to run the car. Defiantly wait at least 5 minutes with the key out of the ignition between tries or you’ll never get it to start. There is a few ways to get around the “PASS LOCK” system, but I think your best bet is to have the car towed in and have the system repaired. The technician then may be willing to bypass the system once he knows that you are the owner of the vehicle. Dan. Canadian "EH"
