alright, heres a real good one for ya'll. it i turn my key on to crank and then let go, my starter stays on engaged until i put it in reverse or drive. even with key in or out. EVEN BETTER? if i turn on my headlights it engages, if i step on break pedal it engages, or if i turn y heater fans on it starts to engage. i have low lights to my radio and dials, and my wipers work very very slowly now.

I would suspect you have a problem with a wiring harness somewhere, either pinched or burnt causing wires to short together. That's one of the few possibilities to effect all those things that way. The starter relay is finding a ground trigger somewhere that shouldn't be there.

I wouldn't rule out a bad PCM or BCM either.

Have to suggest quit using this until you can find where a lot of wires are all crossed up with the trigger wire for starter. Starter can only take so much engaging with a running engine or will destroy itself or worse that AND the gear it turn AKA flywheel.
What happened? This isn't that common. Slight bet you'll see burned wires somewhere probably under the hood at rubber block where wires pass thru firewall or at underhood fuse and relay box? Plain visual check then pick a plan of attack,
