need some help here

ok I got a 00 nissan quest wit the 3.3 thats is acting up. Im almost sure its a wiring problem somewhere. The radio cuts in and out, the wipers and ac the same, sometimes these things work n sometimes they dont. any ideas as what i can do would be greatly appreciated.

Got a volt meter or 12 volt test lamp?
