1994 gmc 1500 4.3l truck has in ignition problem. none. the ecm computor has been checked is said to be good. have put 2 new distributor,, checked ignition switch, coil, pick up coil and traced wiring found nothing wrong. could this be a miss match between ecm and pcm in distributor? vin.# is 1GTDC14Z2RZ555452. SERVICE # ON ECM IS16197427 is this correct for this truck? if not maybe pcm in distributor has wrong pcm in it. any help, please . thanks james

just a note: after many hours of work, found pcm in dist was wrong unit. It just shows you to always buy parts with vin.# . dist. fit fine, but truck built in texas was a work company truck . did not use standard parts. ase mech. should have caught that. truck running after i installed correct part. thank everyone for all the help..james
