Does the AC work? Do they come on with the AC?

Did you test the 40A fuse #13?

Are you saying that you applied power to the Dk Blu/Dk Grn wire and the fans came on?

the a/c doesn't work. the fans do not come on when I turn the a/c on. I checked #13 fuse. I applied power directly to the high power fan and it worked. what else can I check?

OK, without the AC working it's going to be hard to test this system because you are unable to prompt it to come on.

This is a fairly basic and simple one speed circuit so you must have tested something improperly or maybe you are just expecting this to come on at a time it isn't programmed to come on.

There is only one fuse and both fans power simultaneously. If you can access the relay wiring while plugged in and engine running, you can probably manually turn them on by powering the brown with violet wire at the relay.

If the fans come on then, you have nothing wrong with the circuit and it's just not being commanded on.

Did you do that? That's up front more likely to fail would stop the show. Says "coolant temp" sensor is related if stressing cooling things you need more fan power A/C adds HEAT.
These mess me up BTW so look for where they put things in WRONG locations for the exposure they'll get,
