rear window de-froster missing pieces

hey there folks. So i just bought my first car for $600. it was saftied and came with two sets of tires.
it is a 1998 toyota tercel CE, 1.5L. with 292,000 kms, manual.
since it started getting colder i tried to turn the rear window defroster but it wouldn't work. i checked out the back window and found a few missing pieces and a wire hanging loosely. my question is what are the parts called that are missing and where can i purchase them?

The electrical tab has become separated from the grid on the glass. They make a special kit for bonding that back on. You should be able to get one at most any parts store.
