I have a 1972 Monte Carlo. My turn signals started to blink slow, the slower, then finally stopped completely. The turn signal lights and the dash light will light up but will not blink neither right or left. When I activate the hazard button I can here the flasher working but nothing blinks. I changed the flasher and the fuse checked out good. Has anybody ever experience this before?

It probably has 2 flashers. Are you sure you are checking the right one? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

all I'm seeing is one flasher mounted on the fuse panel. That one could be the hazard flasher. Where would the other be located?

I have no idea where the other one is. Our data bases don't go back that far.

Your probably correct..! I need to see if there is another flasher for the turn signals only. That would make since.
