windshield wipers
i have a 1993 dodge dynasty about 200,000 miles. my wipers went out on me, now i got another wiper motor and that wasnt the issue, i tried pulling on the bars that makes the wipers go back and forth but they wont budge, i dont know if thats normal but i tried it.. if its the switch is it hard to replace, and how do i know if it is the switch
