You probably ripped the ground wire off for the front lights. Look all around the area where the damage was and you'll probably find something that was supposed to be attached to the body.

Patching wiring harnesses is never recommended. The only proper way to fix this is with a whole new harness.

the female connection on the harness is completly gone and the male connection (plastic case)is broken so if i replace the harness i have to replace the wireing that it connects to.witch is under the dash and is like 75 wires.

It is what it is. Trying to repair a shredded harness creates nightmares as you have already found out. If this degree of damage happened to an insured vehicle, it would likely be totalled. If the harness is torn up, then it needs to be replaced.

The cost of repair doesn't dictate the necessity of repair.

My suggestion would be a junkyard. Find a vehicle equipped the same way and take everything from one car. the dash will likely have to be removed to get the inside harness out. You would probably have a hard time finding a new one anyway.
