this code keeps coming up , the car has about 100k miles , is it a solenoid or something ? can you tell me what to look for ? Thanks .

That code is for low Purge flow. That can mean bad purge valve, vacuum leak from the purge valve, a restricted vapor line or a problem with the wiring.

Evap system can't purge the question is why not what thing just yet. Silly gas cap leak first then look at and after air intake temp sensor for leaks or a hose off even?
IDK - if all checks out and have time reset it see if it comes back BUT only if it's running well as expected for these cars usually just flawlessly,

I replaced the purge solenoid a few days ago and cleared the code , haven't seen the code since , 4-5 monitors cleared except for evap but you're allowed one in nys , pass

Sounds like the valve resolved it.
