Check for power (BK/LG) and ground (BR/LG) arriving at the sensor

Been out of town. Have power there and am going to ohm the new sensor. Heard the bosch might have too much resistance so thats the next step.. Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated,

How about ground signal? Did you test for that?

By using a test light that recognizes ground or using a regular test light and put the clip on a power source instead of ground.

Have ground will test the ohm in the A.M. What should it be I heard around 2 to 4 but some aftermarket will read as high as 8. will be looking at it in morning.
Thanks

You're barking up the wrong tree with the resistance stuff. I little variation in resistance isn't going to set a code. If you confirm power and ground, then you have a bad sensor. It's pretty basic. Just make sure you really do have power and ground on the heater wires colors that i gave you before.

it appears ok but my color codes are BR/Y BR/Y BL/WH and GR. have 11.5v on two and checked ground to power is ok. replaced the O2 again because the one in it was under warranty but same code. I live in NY and will check with the shop to see if it will pass with the code p0032.

I don't know what you're looking at but those are not the wire colors for this vehicle. Make sure you are testing this with the sensor unplugged too.

I just know you're not testing this right.

Took the airbox out and the colors are correct. the ground is good and the voltage is steady at 9.6 volts..Where to next? Sorry about the color mix up,,too lazy to disassemble the whole thing in the begining

9.6 volts? That's no good. it should be battery voltage, assuming the sensor is unplugged.

It is unplugged, will look for a problem with voltage loss. Thanks well let you know.

went through everything and it came down to the Chrysler O2 so I bought it, 85.00 and the problem is gone. The tech said it is common in 04' and 05' due to an update that did not get implemented until 06'. Thank for all the help, happy fixing.
