Make sure you didn't bend any pins over in the sensor. I've seen that happen a couple times. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

Inspect the crank sensor connector as HT stated. The crank sensor is a hall effect. Do you have a multimeter and a 12 volt test lamp? Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.

At the crank sensor connector back probe the yellow wire at the connector. Backprobing means sliding a pin or small paper clip into the back of the connector where the wire goes to make contact with the back of the terminal. This way you don't damage the terminals where they slide together. Unplug the connector from the crank sensor. Connect your meter's black lead to battery ground and touch the red lead to your back probe with the ignition on. What is the voltage? Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.

Sorry it took so song getting back on this. Voltage matched battery voltage (12.40) with ignition on and cranking (11.70).

Plug the connector back in and move your back probe to the pink wire. Connect your meter lead to the probe and the other end to battery ground. Have someone crank the engine while you watch the voltage. What is the voltage? Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.

You have no power to the sensor. Check the ECM1 fuse in the fuse panel under hood. If the fuse looks good, turn the ignition on and check for power at the fuse. Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.

Rechecked voltage, must have had bad connection on tester. Voltage is same as battery with ignition on. Also tried different coil, ignition module, crank sensor. the help has been appreciated.
