1998 dodge stratus 2.4L eng, with error code P-0118 replaced ect sensor , checked ect connector have 5 volts and grounded on other side, any suggestions

It could be an intermittent short in the wiring, bad connection, bad PCM. You really need a scan tool to monitor the PID while manipulating the wiring.

thanks, i have a scan tool however its constant , check engine light stays on code p-0118 , temperature gage does not work, was trying to find a wiring diagram so i can check for the short.

If you have a scan tool then read the temperature PID in the computer and see what the computer is seeing.
