2,4 engine in a 2001 Dodge Caravan 133,000 miles. It stop running on the highway at 70 miles an hour. Got code P0340 from the on board computer while waiting on the tow truck. So I changed the Camshaft Sensor and still wouldn't start. Now I have code P0122 and P0320.

Make sure you didn't leave anything unplugged or damaged. That's a strange coincidence for the TPS code to pop up suddenly. The other one is a Crank sensor code which would make more sense with what happened. Just make sure you didn't set any false codes by turning the key on with something unplugged. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

Would pulling the relay out while the key was on do it. I was running down the wiring with my electrical tester looking for a broken wire after finding water in the wire harness on the bottom. All ll I could get was the relay to click, so I switched it with another.

If you disconnect anything with the key on, the computer will pick up on it. Clear the codes and start over to see what is real and what is not.

P0340-NO CAM SIGNAL AT PCM Probably took out the timing belt. Code is probably setting because the cam isn't turning and the PCM is seeing crank pulses while your cranking the engine. Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.

Correct call on the Timing Belt. Still trying to get the Power Steering pump to pivit so I can get the belt off, but got the Cam shaft cover plate off and found the problem. Do I have to change anything else while I am at it? There are a lot of other parts listed on th auto parts websites.

More than likely your going to have to remove the cylinder head and send it out to a machine shop to have bent valves replaced. While your in there, it is a good idea to replace the water pump along with the crank seal. Get a timing belt component kit. It includes the idler pulley and tensioner. The 2.4 DOHC is not an interference engine although the valves can contact each other if cams are rotated independently.
