I have a 02 5.3L 2 codes that say that both banks are running lean. I was wondering i fit could be a faulty o2 sensor? I changed the plugs just because it has 125k on it they were perfect color. Pulled and re-oringed all injectors no change engine runs smooth with great power. Tony

Tony check for vacuum leakes around your inlet manifold or your vacuum hoses get your O2 sensors monitored for correct operation of sensors but with 125 K is time to change if they were never replaced . could you post us the codes that you had Depending on the code , two lean 1st sensor both banks would indicate a vacuum leak. , http://www.flatratetech.com staff tech Indy Shop owner
