I have a 2002 Hyundai Santa Fe with the V6 that continues to run rough. I have replaced the plugs, wires and the ignition coil pack. The computer codes keep reporting misfires on cylinders 1,3,5. I have a Snap-On solus scanner FYI, if there is any thing that needs to be check with that. Could this be a sensor problem (EGR?) or something else?

Timing belt done recently? 1,3, 5 are all on the same bank. You should run a compression test and post back with some numbers. Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.
