Changed both valve cover gaskets the other day. Put everything back together as is. Started up fine, no issues. Next day, CEL on and it would occasionally run rough on idle. Ran the code and got P2195 oxygen sensor & p1440 pressure transducer. Any thoughts?

fyi, did not change intake plenum o-rings.

That's not an 0/2 code, it's a lean code. I don't believe in coincidences. It's pretty apparent that you did something wrong when putting it back together.

The first thing to look for is hoses left off.

I've checked several times now and don't see anything left undone.

Today for instance, when I first started it, it idled fine but after 5 minutes started idling rough. But once I left, no issues. Also, no CEL on.

Only thing I found suspicious was the hose coming out of the passenger side valve cover that goes to the intake? was a little loose at the fitting. Maybe this is causing the intermittent issue.

That's possible if it was connected to vacuum. If it happens again, a smoke test will be in order.

So, all the codes disappeared and the engine started running great all by itself?

yes. I did not change a thing. Did not find any loose electrical connection. All hoses put back in place. Literally just kept driving it and it got better.
